5-minute vegan Tahini Yogurt Sauce recipe that tastes incredible on almost anything! This versatile dressing is quick and easy to whip up, with just 5 ingredients. Perfect for dipping, dressing, or drizzling.
Did you know that dairy blocks the absorption of many healthful compounds? It reduces flavanol absorption from berries, phytonutrient absorption from tea, and more! This dairy-free yogurt sauce is made with vegan Greek-style almond yogurt for additional plant-based protein. However, any variety of yogurt will work.
This easy sauce has so much flavor. It is made with fresh garlic, but garlic powder also works in a pinch! Did you know that garlic powder also boosts artery function? It does not have to be fresh to have benefits!
This tahini yogurt sauce recipe was inspired by my homemade Vegan Honey Mustard Dressing, as well as these 10-minute Easy Vegan Green Sauce recipes on my site.

📖 How to Make Tahini Yogurt Sauce

Step 1. Transfer the yogurt, tahini, lemon juice, zest, and fresh herbs to a medium bowl. Use a garlic press to mince the garlic into the dressing. Mix to combine.
Step 2. Add water as needed until the desired consistency. Add maple syrup to taste. Season with salt and pepper.

Cashew butter or any drippy nut butter would work. For stiffer SunButter, add a little warm water to help incorporate smoothly.
Read the nutrition label and choose one without added sugar, lower in saturated fat and sodium, made with fewer ingredients, and ingredients you recognize. I used Kite Hill Greek-style almond yogurt for the additional protein.
