Easy Grapefruit Mocktail recipe made with red grapefruit, mint, green tea, and sparkling water. It is packed with antioxidants and is refreshing. Plus, red grapefruit appears to lower cholesterol and help fight heart disease!
A healthy mocktail for dry January or any time of year that's rich in antioxidants from green tea and grapefruit juice. Make the green tea mint concentrate ahead of time and refrigerate for up to 5 days. This way, you can whip up this healthy mocktail in just one minute!

🍊 Substitutions
- Grapefruit - substitute with oranges as desired, or use store-bought grapefruit or orange juice
- Green tea - use any type of tea instead
- Fresh mint leaves- fresh mint adds a subtly sweet menthol flavor but feel free to omit them as needed
- Maple syrup - add a touch to the warm tea concentrate before chilling for more sweetness as desired

📖 How to Make Grapefruit Mocktail

Chill the bottle of sparkling water ahead of time for a refreshing chilled mocktail.
Step 1. Bring the water to a boil. Add the tea bags and mint leaves. Simmer rapidly for 10 minutes.
Step 2. Remove the tea bags and strain the mint leaves. Set aside to cool.
Step 3. Transfer the tea concentrate to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes or up to 5 days.
For serving: Combine the Grapefruit Mocktail ingredients. Add 2 parts tea concentrate to 1 part freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, and 1 part water. Adjust to taste.

- 4 green tea bags or 4 tablespoons green tea leaves
- ⅔ cup fresh mint leaves
- 4 cups water
- Juice of 2 red grapefruit or to taste (about 2 cups)
- 2 cups sparkling water or to taste
