Instructions
Make the date caramel: Soak the dates in hot water to cover for 10–15 minutes until soft. Transfer the pitted dates and ⅓ cup soaking liquid to a blender. Add protein powder (if using), cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. Add more soaking water or nondairy milk, one tablespoon at a time, until it reaches a thick, drizzleable consistency.
Divide the yogurt evenly among four bowls.
Top each with 1 chopped apple, 1 tablespoon peanut butter, 1 tablespoon walnuts, 1 teaspoon chocolate chips, and 1 tablespoon date caramel.
Finish with a light sprinkle of cinnamon or hemp hearts, and a tiny pinch of salt for that “Snickers” flavor.
