Best Veggie Wraps High-Protein


Step 1. Grate the tofu into the skillet. Turn on the heat to medium-high. Add the chickpeas, and olive oil. Cook for about 6 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring frequently.

Step 2. Add the onion, and cook for 2 minutes more. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne, salt and pepper and cook for 1 minute.

Step 3. Pour in the sauce.

Step 4. Cook for about 2 more minutes more, or until bubbling. 

Step 5. Make the salad topping: Grate or spiralize the veggies. Transfer the carrot, zucchini, and parsley to a medium bowl.

Step 6. Drizzle generously with olive oil, and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
