Blend batter ingredients & liquids

Process until combined

Fold in vital wheat gluten

Knead

Wrap and steam for 1 hour

Make the marinade

Add marinade ingredients to skillet. Cook until thickened.

Baste the steamed seitan with marinade. Roast 7 minutes.

Baste for a second time with marinade.  Roast 7 minutes more.

Slice For Serving

Serve with gravy. Delicious holiday meal.
