Ingredients

Soak the soy curls in water to cover for 10 minutes. Drain. Set aside.

Sauté the soy curls until golden brown. Transfer to a dish. Cook the scallions and garlic.

Add soy curls back to skillet. Add sauce. Cook until warmed.

Spread hoisin sauce on pancakes. Top with soy curls, cucumber & scallions.
