Ingredients for the  Maple Dijon Dressing

Toss the slivered almonds and pepitas with cumin, paprika, and chili powder. Add tamari.

 Toast in oven at 350ºF  5 to 7 minutes. Set aside.

Make the dressing: Olive oil, garlic, Dijon, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, maple syrup. Massage kale with one third dressing.

Combine kale, pomegranate, quinoa, chickpeas, avocado, parsley, almonds, pepitas, and remaining dressing.
