White Bean Hummus Recipe
Step 1. Pulse garlic.
Add lemon juice. Set aside for 10 minutes so the garlic mellows.
Toast the coriander and cumin seeds if using.
Grind them until a powder forms. Or use ground spices instead.
Transfer the tahini and ice water to the food processor.
Pulse until smooth.
Add the cannellini beans, coriander, cumin, and miso. Pulse until smooth.
With the machine running, add the olive oil until the desired creaminess.
