Avocado Toast  with Protein


Step 1. Toss the tofu with olive oil, turmeric, and kala namak or salt.

Step 2. Transfer tofu to a large rimmed baking sheet in a single layer.

Step 3. Bake for 10 minutes or air fry.

Step 4. Mash the avocado in a medium bowl. Add the lemon juice and zest, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix to combine. Add the tofu and mix to incorporate.

Step 5. Divide the avocado tofu filling between four toasts. Top with alfalfa sprouts, if using.
