Ginger Scallion Sauce

Easy, Tasty, 5 Ingredients



Step 1. Mince the ginger. Use my favorite mini chopper to save time. Finely chop the scallion using a knife.

Step 2. Transfer the minced ginger and chopped scallions to a heatproof bowl. Transfer the oil to a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat until about to smoke.

Step 3. Pour the hot oil over the ginger and scallions. Stir in the soy sauce, and add rice vinegar to taste.
