Oyster mushrooms have a meaty texture & easily absorb the flavor of marinades

Use a sharp knife to remove the mushrooms from the  central core

Cook the mushrooms in a large skillet over medium-high heat until golden brown

Sauté the carrots, green onions & bok choy until  just wilted

Add sauce & noodles. Cook until warmed through.
